Others’ satisfaction – Your satisfaction?

You look good. But are you good? Are you as good as others tell you or see you? If you accept that you’re good only after you get a compliment from an alien who didn’t even know about you, I don’t have to highlight how big of a stupid you are!

Some people have this mental problem that until they get a compliment from a stranger they don’t believe themselves or don’t understand their real value. Imagine that they get what they want (Obviously, the so called sweet compliment) and only after that, they’re satisfied which are still empty words with no meaning.

You never know. People say what they feel and also what they don’t feel. You never know if what comes out of people is the truth or not. For the most part, it’s a lie said in a modern way. Because they know that it’s so easy to fool you by just attributing you a compliment because their one and only target is to appear to be nice.

Don’t expect. If you already know who you are, what you’re thinking, what you’re doing and what you value, you don’t need others’ approval to confirm who you are or to satisfy yourself. It’s enough that you know yourself, not what you want others to see you as, where you’re only pretending to appear in a certain way to get approval.

At the end of everything, we know that we’re not as good as we want to be but we always try and it’s better to stop pretending because true colours are always spontaneous. You never know when they will jump out!

Don’t let a stranger who obviously doesn’t even know you well, tell you how good you are and don’t be too satisfied by it either but let someone who knows you better tell how good you are. The fun thing is that the one who knows you will never say it because they’re honest. If they still don’t tell you that, it means you have more things to correct in yourself no matter how much you want a compliment!

Just be your natural, comfortable & real self!

Then only the most relevant things to you will chase you!

St. CARLO ACUTIS created this web page on his computer with a list of EUCHARISTIC MIRACLES happened all around the world to make it easier for people to find & meet THE SAVIOUR OF OUR SOULS, JESUS CHRIST!

The lessons of the Saints!

The saints teach us the reason for our existence so well. Being humans on earth like us at some point of their lives, they’re called to be extraordinary. That specularity is to live with Jesus in heaven!

Everybody likes to go to heaven but we all don’t deserve it and if we want to have a taste of heaven while being on earth, we have duties to do or qualifications to acquire: living the life of Jesus as much as possible!

If we want to follow or imitate the life of Jesus, it requires offering, donation, sacrifice and prayer.

The real truth is that our existence on earth is the opportunity for us/ that we’re given to prepare ourselves for heaven. Coming to this world is the chance for the preparation for heaven.

God can give us things only if we ask him in prayer and talk to him in prayer because God has already given us more than we deserve & enough!

The Rosary is the weapon of saving the souls, the more we recite the rosary the more lives we can save! Mother Mary loves when we say it and it makes a bridge between Mother Mary and us!

Some inspirational words from the young saint Dominic Savio ( 1842-1857 ) who died at his 14th age!

Life is all fun and games until we understand the real meaning of it!

Life is more of a punishment than a gift. The punishment comes from the worldliness and the gift comes from the Lord Jesus & God with humility!

It’s up to you to choose which one you value: the worldly possessions or the spiritual existance!

The greatest sacrifice that God did for us was sending his only son Jesus Christ to save all the souls on earth, souls which were at risk, to give us salvation from evil & now, it’s our duty to sacrifice ourselves for Jesus by saving other souls in prayer!

In our life, if we miss this opportunity to be Saints we fail the game of life. It becomes useless if we can not enter eternal life!

Let your guardian angel & all the saints guide your path!

Talk to them in prayer & they’ll listen to you!

St. Carlo Acutis! (1991-2006)

The average teenager Carlo Acutis died only when he was 15 on 12th October 2006 but he left a deep admiration for his brief existence with an intensive testimony of an authentic Christian life, in memory of all the people who knew him.

Here are some testimonials and impressions he left in the hearts of all who knew him.

His classmates agree to say that Carlo was a unique testimony of Christ and a distributor of the word of the Lord. But he never talked about Jesus at school and it was only his behaviour, actions, words and faith that inspired others.

One of his friends reminds: “ I can testify Carlo’s purity, his friendship towards me and towards others who have never betrayed; his generosity, his constant help towards his companions. I often discussed with him the importance of going to the mass and Carlo showed me the great loyalty he had for Jesus & the church. ”

He liked travelling, to see the places where Mother Mary appeared in the past centuries and to see where the Saints were buried. He liked the sea, meaningful conversations and being friendly with all the house workers. He was open to greet and spread the word to anyone needed. He loved animals and he had both dogs & cats at home, loved spending time with his grandparents as well.

As a character, he was available/ helpful and friendly. He had no difficulties in speaking either with nobles or with beggars on the street because no one was different to him. For him, getting to know someone new was like discovering a new world.

He used to say “ All humans are creations of God.”

Being the only child of the family he would have wanted a faithful friend and in his short existence, he met a special person; Jesus Christ who made Carlo extraordinary.

Meeting Jesus Christ in his life, he found a friend in Christ, a reference point to the reason for our existence in this world.

Without the presence of Jesus in his daily life, he would have not behaved in this particular matured way. He was way too similar to his same-aged children but the thing that made him different was the great devotion he had for Christ inside himself. Humans and the spiritual growth of Carlo was the gift of Jesus for his faith.

He knew that to follow Jesus, he needed to offer sacrifice & humility. His life was entirely Eucharistic dedicated to Eucharist and Virgin Mary. He not only loved and honoured profoundly the minister of the body and the blood of Christ but also assuming the aspect of offering/ donating and sacrificing. And also he was devoted to the holy sacraments and talked about the importance of the holy sacraments.

For him, the time spent in front of the Eucharist was a school of love. He felt behaving well and correctly isn’t enough and he should do more that he should donate to God to be more useful to the brothers. His, bring salvation to the souls started from here.

Carlo was more devoted to the holy heart of Jesus and trusted his merciful love.

So much maturity for a child of this age was strange but Jesus has been making and shaping him to be his disciple. And he had felt the certainty of being loved by God.

It’s time for a testimony of someone about Carlo Acutis!

As his mother was quite busy with her work, a teacher of his school gets the opportunity to come to his house to help him to finish his homework. This teacher becomes like the second mom of him and almost all the elementary school teachers were second moms for the elementary school children.

The testimony of a teacher who accompanied him to home: “Particularly, I remember that Carlo followed and helped the friends who were in difficulty both in studies and in difficult family situations. This was certainly a great quality which shows the generosity and charity that Carlo always had for his neighbour. He had a delicacy in his mind with the nuns, the teachers and his companions. In particular, I remember for the Christmas fair at school he always went to buy gifts for everyone with his savings and once he gifted me a big hand-painted decorative candle. He was very balanced, polite and prudent, giving the impression of being older than he was. Especially, in a child who had a great nobility of soul and humility, I have never heard him boasting of what his family had. His companions often gave themselves the air of having money, new vehicles, instead, Carlo was always discreet and I’ve never heard him talking about such things. While his companions were following the fashion, Carlo stood out for his originality and seemed to be immune from all these things. What I was impressed about Carlo is that he went to church every day and sometimes, it made me go to church with him. I will never forget about this special child, so different from the others and so good. I’m sure that Carlo is very close to Jesus: he had a beautiful image of Jesus right in front of the table where we studied. One thing, however, we want to say is that it is difficult, especially, these days to find a pure boy like him. ”

I will continue the other part on the next post as I don’t want to make this one too long!

The information was taken from a book called “ Eucaristia la mia autostada per il cielo: biografia di Carlo Acutis” by Nicola Gori of the Italian version!

Being rejected is a lesson to know who are around you!

Choosing to reject is one of their choices!

We don’t have to be worry about that at all!

Wise people often don’t tend to waste time talking with fools as fools often don’t admit (deny) that they’re wrong and often make efforts to prove not to be fools but wise people see how foolish they’re.

People must be fools sometimes but not to this extent, that’s too much!

No one is born to be unaccepted or hated. If you don’t like someone, simply, don’t look at that person.

No matter what colour their skin is, everyone has feelings exactly like you.

John 15:18

“ If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you…”

Jesus said that ↑

Be kind but be wise!

St. Carlo Acutis! (1991-2006)

A bit of the biography of Blessed Carlo Acutis.

We have heard of Saints in the past, not very much close to our ages and it’s so amazing to think of such things that even science can not explain. The presence of God is real because only God can do miracles that humans can not explain!

Blessed Carlo Acutis is the Saint in the 21st Century, simply now!

Blessed Carlo was born to Italian parents on 3rd May 1991 in England. It means if he had lived until now he would have been 30 years old. 30-year-old people exist now, right? It hadn’t been a long time ago, it is even close to 2000 and our parents have been born even before.

He was the first and the only child of the family. His mom is Antonia Salzano and his dad is Andrea Acutis. Carlo was baptized few days after his birth on 18th May in the church of Our Lady Of Lourdes. The church was dedicated to Our Lady Of Fatima which could have been a point in which Carlo was so devoted to Mary Fatima in his life.

His mom Antonia decides to make a cake in the shape of an angel for the baptism of Carlo to thank God for the gift of their son in their lives.

Carlo was never left alone at home. There was always someone to look after and take care of him, his mom or a babysitter.

As soon as Carlo was 4 years old, his parents decide to attend their son in nursery school and he attended with so much enthusiasm because being the only child he loved being surrounded by other friends of his age. Carlo was an active child.

Even in the very first ages of his life, it was noticeable that he was peaceful, never reacted even if his peers beat him. When his peers ask him to be violent, he responses by saying “ Jesus would not be happy if I reacted violently. ”

Little Saint Carlo Acutis!

The witness of a babysitter who knew Carlo: “ I remember that Carlo always used be an angelic baby, he had massive faith in God and a massive amount of purity that was felt being close to him. His massive humility was always one of his virtues, he was generous with others. I remember when he was little if he gets beat for any reason by violent children, he never reacted and we get angry with him because we tell him that he had to react and eliminate them but there was no way to convince him. ”

A neighbour testifies: “ Carlo was always kind and gentle to everyone, I used to greet anyone he meets. He was a well educated/ mannered and polite child. I have never seen him misbehaving or saying bad words and I have seen him going to the mass every day. ”

A nun at the gate of the school summaries especially about him: I got to know him from the elementary school and as soon as I saw him he seemed a little special child. Sister Angelina, who followed him closely talked to me about the child with enthusiasm even in the following years I remember him as a serene/ calm, respectful, very live but obedient teenager. He loved the company of his friends and was always surrounded by his friends. Even to us at the gate, he was polite: at the entrance and the exit of the school he used to greet us respectfully and with a warm smile. His example could be helpful for many teenagers. ”

Carlo is a very open & helpful teenager for all who walked through his path! To this sign, it was significant that when he passed on his bicycle, didn’t forget to greet even the foreigners and they were surprised by the lovability and his humility because it was marvellous that an Italian could remember them as no one did as he did!

A foreigner who knew Carlo testifies: “ I work as a caretaker in a building and I met Carlo Acutis who often came to greet me and I remember his sympathy, humidity and well-educated manners. He was a very religious boy who attended the mass in the church and showed us no differences with us foreign friends, made us feel something. ”

His mother’s name is “ Antonia Salzano ” and here, he is probably pointing his mother’s surname!

Another nun of his school remembers him with esteem: “ I met him in the first days of his elementary school. He always was well behaved, respectful, diligent and caring even to someone he didn’t know well and he loved everyone with his beautiful smile. ”

Another neighbour memorizes: He was an exceptional child, he had all the qualities. Since he was little, I met him at the mass every day. He was good, well mannered, kind and generous. I was always impressed by his composure/self-control every time he received Jesus, he seemed like an angel. He used to greet me all the time. I still see those eyes and that smiling face. When I look outside from the window I used to see him playing with other children or taking the dogs for a walk. He never says bad words, never scream and I have never seen him arguing with other children even if they were bullying. ”

Another foreigner’s witness: “ I work at a property in ‘ via Ariosto ’ and I met Carlo Acutis who came to greet me every morning and every evening. He often stopped to talk with me. He was a very pleasant, very good, very simple child and made me feel myself even though I was from a different nationality. Carlo was very intelligent, it seemed he was older than his age because of his maturity. I have seen him going to church during the week.”

He used to do everything with passion, to start from the little things like when he is to cook, he wanted to do it as well as he could because he wanted to be better at everything like the cook in his grandparents’ house in Torino.

The cook in his grandparents’ house remembers ( The same cook that the boy wanted to imitate remembers): “ Carlo was certainly an extraordinary child because he was interested in my recipes and he saw that there was so much to learn. He was also a very respectful and well-behaved teenager and I dare to say unique because I, who have worked in numerous houses, have known many people including many teenagers but I have never found a boy so sensitive like him who after lunch, always came to thank me for how well I had cooked. ”

The information was taken from a book called “ Eucaristia la mia autostada per il cielo: biografia di Carlo Acutis” by Nicola Gori of the Italian version!

None of these is mine but you can find so many details, so I decided to share these with you, whoever is interested in reading!

St. Carlo Acutis! (1991-2006)

At the age of 15, Carlo Acutis was diagnosed with fulminant leukaemia type M3. Carlo died from his illness on 12th October 2006 and he was blessed by the Catholic church on 10th October 2020.

Here, to quote Carlo’s own words;

“ Jesus Christ speaks to us within, and we should listen to him and follow him in everything. ”

“ If we get in front of the sun, we get suntans but when we get in front of Jesus in the Eucharist, we become saints. ”

“ To Lord, I can always reveal anything. I can also complain, question him in his silence, tell him what I don’t understand. ”

“ Our aim has to be the infinite and not the finite. The infinite is our homeland. We have always been expected in heaven. ”

“ By standing before the Eucharistic Christ, we become holy. ”

“ To always be close to Jesus, that is my life plan. ”

“ The infinite is our homeland, heaven has been waiting for us forever. ”

“ Your guardian angel has to become your best friend. ”

“ When receiving holy communion, Jesus has a seat. Prepare yourself at home. ”

“ The only thing we have to ask God for in prayer is the desire to be holy. ”

“ The more Eucharist we receive, the more we will become like Jesus so that on earth we will have a foretaste of heaven. ”

“ Those who approach the Eucharist every day go straight to heaven. ”

“ Jesus is my great friend & the Eucharist is my high way to heaven. ”

“ All people are born as originals, yet many die as photocopies. ”

“ The Virgin Mary is the only woman in my life. ”

“ Sadness is looking at ourselves. Happiness is looking towards God. ”

“ Not me but God. ”

Carlo’s very kind babysitter friend Rajesh!

“ I’m happy to die because I have lived my life without wasting a minute on those things which do not please God. ”

“ We all are called to be Saints. ”

“ Why do men care so much about the beauty of their body and don’t care about the beauty of their soul.”

“ God has written a unique and an unrepeatable story for each of us. ”

“ We all are called to be Saints. ”

St. Carlo Acutis was such a miracle lived on this earth and a gift to this world. God’s deeds are inexplicably incredible!

I would like to share his life through the memories that he left in the hearts of the people he knew in the next few posts!

Until next time!

† Who is Jesus? †

Jesus is the Son of God who came to this world to take away the sin of the world. His life was dedicated to others and the truth. As a result, he sacrificed his life for us as a symbol of love!

Here are some bible verses that introduce who Jesus Christ is!

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

who was delivered up for our trespasses and raised for our justification.

But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

For he himself is our peace, who has made us both one and has broken down in his flesh the dividing wall of hostility…

John 1:9-13

The true light, which gives light to everyone, was coming into the world.

He was in the world, and the world was made through him, yet the world did not know him.

He came to his own, and his own people did not receive him.

But to all who receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God,

who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.

John 1:17

…; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

John 1:29

But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed.

John 4:42

…, for we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this is indeed the Savior of the world.”

John 1:3

All things were made through him, and without him was not anything made that was made.

John 3:16

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

John 10:27-28

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.

I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand.

Get over fear & anxiety!

Stop worrying and seek the strength in the word of the Lord because he’s real and it works!

Take the holy bible, turn the pages and start reading!

Fear & anxiety;

1 Peter 5:7

… ,casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.

I sought the LORD, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears.

Those who look to him are radiant, and their faces shall never be ashamed.

Psalm 23:4

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

Psalm 27:1

The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

Psalm 3:6

I will not be afraid of many thousands of people, who have set themselves against me all around.

Luke 14:27

Whoever does not bear his own cross and come after me cannot be my disciple.

Psalm 46:1-3

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea,

though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling.

Isaiah 41:13

For I, the Lord your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, “Fear not, I am the one who helps you.”

Psalm 91:4 – 5

He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler.

You will not fear the terror of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day, …

Genesis 50:21

So do not fear; I will provide for you and your little ones.” Thus he comforted them and spoke kindly to them.

As you may already know, The Holy Bible is not just a book with some pages, it tells everything about this world and various people in it!

This is not all, though!

As I said earlier, take it out, turn the pages of it, start reading and apply them to your life to lead a meaningful life!

Be silent & listen to his voice!

Experience miracles in faith!
